I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The initial confusion with my booking was handled very well, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The location turned out to be quite convenient for exploring the area. However, the noise from the nearby street and the inconsistent quality of the rooms made it less than ideal for a restful stay.
